Start in the app
Sign in, open Account Settings, choose Request Account Deletion, review the consequences, confirm, and submit. A support ticket number is shown in the app.
Account Deletion
Request permanent deletion of your Elephant FX account.
Account deletion removes the account and eligible personal data. It is not temporary deactivation.

If you cannot sign in
Email admin@elephantfx.net from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. Never send a password, OTP, payment PIN or full card number.

Verification and financial checks
We verify identity and check balances, pending transactions, refunds, disputes, restrictions and other unresolved obligations before deletion.

Deletion and legal retention
Eligible data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Records required by financial-services, AML/CFT, sanctions, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or record-keeping law may remain access-restricted until the applicable period ends.
What happens next
Support will acknowledge the request through your registered contact details and explain any verification or unresolved balance steps. Completion time depends on those checks and applicable legal duties.
