How Elephant FX handles personal information.
This policy explains what Elephant Globe Limited collects through Elephant FX, why it is used, who it may be shared with, and the choices available to you.

Who is responsible
Elephant Globe Limited is responsible for the Elephant FX service. Our registered address is CTOC Place Nkpokiti Independence Layout, Enugu North, Enugu State, Nigeria. Privacy requests may be sent to admin@elephantfx.net.
Information we collect
We may collect names, date of birth, email, phone number, residential and business addresses, account identifiers, government identity details such as BVN or NIN, identity documents and selfies, KYC and verification results, bank and payment details, wallet and card information, balances, transaction and purchase history, beneficiary information, support messages and documents, device-session and security information, IP address, and technical logs. On this public website, optional analytics cookies are used only after consent to measure page visits and actions such as registration, contact and credential views. Analytics events do not include form contents or financial information.
Why we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts; verify identity and eligibility; provide wallets, exchange, transfer, receipt and virtual-card features; process and reconcile transactions; prevent fraud; meet AML/CFT, sanctions, tax, accounting and other legal duties; provide support; investigate disputes; protect users and the service; and maintain audit records.
Advertising attribution and product analytics
With valid permission, Elephant FX may use first-party analytics and service providers such as Google Analytics for Firebase to understand which advertising campaign led to an app installation and to record limited conversion milestones: account creation, KYC completion, first successful trade and first successful deposit. These records may include campaign parameters, an anonymous app installation identifier, app version, platform, timestamp and event status. They never include passwords, OTPs, payment PINs, identity numbers or documents, selfies, bank details, wallet balances or transaction amounts. We use this information to evaluate advertising performance, improve onboarding, prevent duplicate attribution and detect reporting errors; it does not determine KYC or transaction eligibility.
Analytics choices
Accepting this Privacy Policy does not by itself grant advertising-tracking permission. Where consent is required, promotion measurement remains disabled until the user makes a valid choice through the control presented by the app or operating system. The choice can be changed in Account Settings. After it is disabled, Elephant FX stops creating new promotion-measurement events and conversion exports for that user, subject to security, audit and legally required retention. Public-website analytics cookies remain subject to the separate website cookie choice.
Sharing
We may share only what is necessary with banks, payment and card providers, identity-verification vendors, analytics, cloud and communications providers, professional advisers, auditors, regulators, law-enforcement bodies and other authorities where permitted or required. We do not sell personal information or use it for personalised or cross-app advertising tracking.
International processing
Service providers or counterparties may process information outside your country. We use contractual, access-control and security measures appropriate to the information and applicable law.
Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by applicable financial-services, AML/CFT, sanctions, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and record-keeping obligations. When retention is no longer required, information is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Legal retention may continue after account deletion, with access restricted to authorised purposes.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability or deletion. You may update supported profile information in the app and start permanent account deletion from Account Settings. We may need to verify identity and resolve balances or pending transactions before completing a request.
Security and children
We use encryption, masking, role-based access, authentication controls, monitoring and audit logs. No system is completely secure, so never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or authentication secrets. Elephant FX is not intended for children under 18.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when products, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel. Contact admin@elephantfx.net with privacy questions or complaints.
