Bulk Naira payouts for platforms

Pay your platform's users in Naira, straight to their Nigerian bank accounts.

ElephantFX helps reviewed platforms that pay many users in Nigeria — such as marketplaces, service and agent networks, and creator or rewards apps — send Naira to their users' bank accounts. Send each payout through the NGN payout API or in batches, check the bank-returned account name before money moves, and keep a status trail and receipt for every order. Platforms must pass business review and run their own user verification and fraud controls; anonymous or unexplained funds are not accepted. Eligibility, limits, fees and timing are confirmed after review.

Built for high-volume Naira payouts

01

Payout API with webhooks

Verify the account, create an idempotent payout and receive a signed webhook when the order reaches a final state, so your system can update the user's balance automatically.

02

Many payouts, one balance

Fund one NGN balance and pay many users through the day, each with its own reference, status and receipt.

03

Account-name check before paying

See the name the bank returns for the 10-digit account before confirming, and stop payouts whose name does not match your user.

04

Look up any order by your reference

Query each payout by your own order number, export records for reconciliation and share a receipt when a user asks.

How a platform goes live

1

Pass business review

Provide the operating company, ownership, business model, payout purpose, expected volume and how you verify users and handle suspicious activity.

2

Integrate in the sandbox

Test account verification, payouts, status queries and webhooks against the isolated sandbox before requesting production access.

3

Go live in stages

Start with small real payouts, confirm reconciliation end to end, then grow volume within the approved scope.

Platform payout questions

Which platforms can use ElephantFX for payouts?+

Platforms with a genuine business reason to pay many users in Nigeria, after business review. We look at the operating company, the business model, how users are verified and the expected payout volume. Platforms without adequate user verification and fraud controls are not onboarded.

How fast does a user receive Naira?+

Most payouts complete shortly after submission, but the final credit depends on the receiving bank. Only a COMPLETED status means the payout has succeeded; received or processing orders are not final yet.

What if the account name does not match the user?+

Pause the payout and confirm the account with the user before submitting. Paying a mismatched name is a common cause of disputes and recalls.

How do we avoid paying the same user twice?+

Send a unique idempotency key and your own order reference with every payout. If a network retry repeats the request, the original payout is returned instead of a new one being created.

Do we need our own anti-fraud process?+

Yes. Your platform remains responsible for verifying its users and the activity behind each payout. ElephantFX applies its own account, transaction and beneficiary checks, and may delay or decline payouts that need review.
