These terms describe the current internal review website. Elephant FX does not provide live settlement, live exchange execution, financial advice, or connected provider services in this demo.

No real settlement: exchange, payout, beneficiary, wallet, KYC review, admin console and report modules are mock/demo workflows.
No financial advice: rates, balances, review states and transaction examples are product-flow illustrations only.
No guarantee of approval: every exchange, payout, account or compliance request shown here is subject to review logic and release approval.
Compliance review in progress: REAL_FUNDS_ENABLED=false remains required until compliance, security, audit and release approval is complete.
