Deposit USDT and exchange to NGN

1. 1Open Wallets → USDT → Deposit.
2. 2Enter the TRC20 address you will send from and submit.
3. 3Once approved, the platform deposit address and QR code appear.

1. 1Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code.
2. 2Send from your registered address on TRC20.
3. 3After about 12 confirmations the order shows as credited.

Not credited after 15 minutes? Use “Missing Deposit Query” with the transaction hash (TxHash).

1. 1Open “Exchange”.
2. 2Sell USDT, buy NGN, enter the amount.
3. 3Check the rate and the expected amount (fees already deducted).
4. 4Click “Exchange Now” and confirm.

Rates refresh about every 60 seconds; the price at confirmation applies.

Once NGN arrives, use “Transfer / Payout” to pay a Nigerian bank account. To go the other way, exchange NGN to USDT and withdraw it from Wallets → USDT → Withdraw to a registered address.
