Three levels

| Level 1 Basic | Mainland China: name + ID number; Nigeria: name, BVN, phone, date of birth; other countries: name and contact details | Automatic for mainland China, manual for others |

| Level 3 Business | Company registration, director or legal-representative details, proof of address and other company documents | Manual review |
How to submit
- 1Open “KYC Verification” and choose your country.
- 2Fill in the form and upload clear images or PDFs as requested.
- 3Submit and wait for review; the result arrives in Notifications.
Each level card shows its payout and exchange limits. A level under review does not apply yet.
If the status says more information is needed, add it as the notice asks and resubmit.
